Mr. Donahoe currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Southside Bank, he has served as President since May 2024 and Chief Executive Officer since January 2026. Upon joining Southside Bank in 2021, he first served as Austin Market President and later as Central Texas Regional President. Prior to joining Southside, he served as an Executive Vice President of Frost Bank, a regional bank in Texas for 10 years. Mr. Donahoe is a graduate of Texas Tech University with over 30 years of commercial banking experience. Mr. Donahoe previously served as Board Chair of both the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), and continues to serve as a Board member for RECA.
